| Individual Responsiblity |
 |
The Camino Real Angels is a Texas nonprofit corporation, which is currently seeking 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS. The corporation is governed by a Board of Directors, which elects the organization's officers.
CRA is not an investment fund. Investment decisions are made by individual members, who collaborate on due diligence, and who structure their investment directly with the company and its principals. Investments in early-stage, privately-held ventures are high risk and often illiquid. Even in successful ventures, it can be several years before capital is returned, if ever.
